Shipping and delivery


Ships from Cincinnati, Ohio via USPS, FedEx, and UPS

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days for beauty products & single or multiple orders of personalized items.
  • Most of our clothes are made to order-please allow 1-3 weeks processing time
  • Cut-off time: 9 a.m. (EST)
  • Closed weekends. Plan accordingly.
  • No changes once a personalized order is submitted. Any change request will incur a $15 fee.
  • Refunds not accepted for personalized items or cosmetics. Clothing must be returned in original condition as received (never worn/laundered)

    Shipping Insurance (Optional)
  • Shipping Insurance is offered at checkout as an optional service to protect your order during transit.
  • If Shipping Insurance is selected and your package is confirmed lost or arrives materially damaged, Asilis inc will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • If Shipping Insurance is not selected, Asilis Inc must file a claim with the shipping carrier before any replacement or refund can be considered. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation process and timeline.
  • Asilis inc is not responsible for transit delays or delivery issues caused by carrier volume, weather, mechanical failures, strikes, natural disasters, security controls, scanning errors, or other events outside of our control.
  • By declining Shipping Insurance, you acknowledge that any replacement or refund will be contingent upon the carrier's claim approval.
  • All orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. If you prefer to remove the signature requirement, you must notify Asilis Inc before the order ships. By removing the signature requirement, you agree that Asilis Inc will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Address: If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the carrier is unable to deliver, reshipping will incur an additional shipping fee.
    Shipping fees are 
    non-refundable in all cases, including returns or cancellations due to address or delivery issues.
    Free re-shipping is not offered under these circumstances.
  • If the order is canceled due to an address or delivery issue, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Asilis Inc will not be responsible for packages returned or lost due to incomplete addresses, missed deliveries, or unclaimed shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • Customers are responsible for all international shipping charges, including additional fees for remote area delivery.
  • The customer must pay customs duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by your country.
  • No refunds will be issued if a package is rejected due to unpaid fees or fails to clear customs.
  • You would have agreed (clicking the box) to the notice before ordering.
  • We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on both products and shipping fees for international orders.
  • Refunds are only issued if a product is missing or damaged upon arrival.
